A.R. Eland Tours is an Israeli incoming tour operator and destination management company, founded in 2002. We organise the ground arrangements for overseas travel agencies, tour operators and group organisers: itinerary planning, hotels, transportation, licensed guides, entrance arrangements and day-to-day coordination in Israel, with extensions to Jordan and Egypt.

We work as your local ground partner. You remain responsible for your clients and your brand; we prepare the ground programme and quotation for your company and coordinate the arrangements in the destination according to the agreed itinerary.

Each quotation is prepared for the specific programme and lists the services it covers, typically accommodation and meal plan, transportation, licensed guiding, entrance fees according to the itinerary and other agreed services. Prices, conditions, supplements and tour-leader terms are stated in the quotation so you can review them clearly before confirming.

Both. You can send us a ready itinerary to quote and operate, or describe your group, dates and goals and we will propose a programme. We then revise it with you until it suits your clients.

Yes. We regularly plan programmes that combine Israel with Jordan (for example Petra and Wadi Rum) and Egypt (for example Sinai and Cairo), working with trusted local partners across the borders. Border procedures and requirements are set by the authorities and can change, so we advise on the current arrangements when planning each tour.

Christian pilgrimages have been a central part of our work since 2002. We plan programmes for parishes and church groups of different denominations, including visits to the holy sites, and we can request times for Mass or prayer at holy places. These requests depend on the availability set by each site.

Yes. Besides pilgrimages, we arrange leisure and cultural group tours, private travel for individuals and families (FIT), VIP programmes, and incentive, meeting and corporate group travel, each planned to the client's requirements.

We work with tour guides licensed by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Guides are available in a range of languages; please tell us the language your group needs and we will confirm availability for your dates.

After confirmation we make the reservations specified in the programme: hotels in the agreed category, transportation sized to the group, guides, and entrance arrangements at the sites in the itinerary. We keep these arrangements coordinated so the programme runs as planned.

Yes. Every group receives a dedicated direct contact person who is available 24/7 throughout the tour. Both your agency and your group leader can reach this person directly for any question or change during the trip.

We work with private travellers and small parties as well as coach groups and larger groups. Transportation and arrangements are planned according to the number of participants.
